Ray Washburne
Ray Washburne is chairman of Sunoco and vice chairman of Gillon Capital. He previously served as national finance chairman of the Republican National Committee and as CEO of the Overseas Private Investment Corporation during the Trump administration. He also served on the President's Intelligence Advisory Board and the U.S. Southern Command board.

Heather Washburne previously worked with the Republican Governors Association before serving as executive director of the Dallas County Republican Party. She now operates the political fundraising firm Victory Associates and serves on the boards of the Southern Methodist University Meadows School of the Arts and the Blair House Board in Washington, D.C.

Kenny Troutt founded Excel Communications, which he sold to Teleglobe in 1998 in a deal valued at about $3.5 billion. He later founded Mt. Vernon Investments in Dallas.

Lisa has played a key role in leadership roles with the America First Policy Institute, Turning Point USA, The Salvation Army of North Texas, The Sweetheart Ball, the National Museum of Racing and the Council for Life.
Co-ChairTrent Morse
Morse has served as deputy assistant to President Trump and deputy director of presidential personnel since January 2025. He previously worked on the Trump-Vance transition team and handled outreach for the 2024 Republican National Convention. During Trump's first administration, Morse served as White House liaison at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, senior policy adviser to the deputy secretary at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and special assistant at the U.S. Department of Transportation.
